TRIMBLE GPS antenna Magnetic Mount
Omnidirectional magnetic antenna is suited to receive the GPS signal. Reaches up to 30 dB gain when combined with an amplifier. The antenna is waterproof and corrosion-resistant. The GPS antenna with a built-in magnet for placing on any metal substrate is ideal for example on the roof of the vehicle. It is suitable for the operation of navigation, tracking devices, electronic logbooks and other devices. The Trimbleantenna can be used even in the harshest environments (-40 °C to +85 °C with high humidity). It is supplied with a 5m RG174 / U cable that is terminated with an MCX (m) connector.

These are coaxial connectors with latch mechanism. Compatible with SMB connectors, but they are also 30% smaller than SMB connectors. The dimensions of the internal contact and the insulator are the same. The characteristic impedance of the connector is 50 Ohm and the operating frequency ranges up to 6 GHz. They are characterized by high reliability and mechanical stability. They are also used as standard connectors in GPS devices, WLAN networks, fixed and mobile communications.
Specifications cable RG174 / U:
The cable labeled RG174 / U is a basic variant of a coaxial cable that is compatible with connectors applicable to a cable diameter of 2.8 mm. The characteristic impedance of the cable is 50 Ω. The reduction factor is fixed at 0.66. The operating temperature range is -20 to 80 °C.
It is most often used for creating cable adaptors with connectors such as BNC / FAKRA / FME / MCX / MMCX / N / SMA / SMB / SMP / TNC and others. It is ideal for short and bending stressed connections in measuring and telecommunications technology, for GPS / GSM / WLAN antennas, antenna leads etc.
